Design of Reinforced Concrete (Khmer Language)

Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures.
The course covers topics such as materials, different methods of design, working stress method, limit state of collapse flexure, design of doubly reinforced beam flexure, and more.

Reinforced concrete is a type of concrete that has steel bars, rods, or mesh embedded in it to increase its strength and durability . The steel absorbs the tensile, shear, and compressive stresses in a concrete structure, which plain concrete cannot withstand . Reinforced concrete is used in various applications such as buildings, bridges, tunnels, and dams . It is designed according to rules and regulations or recommendations of a code such as ACI-318, CEB, Eurocode 2, or similar . The analysis and design of reinforced concrete members can be carried out using linear or non-linear approaches .
