Prestressed Concrete Design (Khmer Language)

Prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete are both types of concrete that are used in construction. The main difference between the two is that prestressed concrete is designed to withstand high compressive stresses by inducing internal stresses in the concrete before it is subjected to external loads, while reinforced concrete is designed to withstand tensile stresses by adding steel bars or mesh to the concrete

Prestressed concrete is a type of reinforced concrete that is designed to withstand high compressive stresses. It is created by inducing internal stresses in the concrete before it is subjected to external loads  This technique allows the concrete to bear more weight and span greater distances than traditional reinforced concrete

Prestressed Concrete A Fundamental Approach  This book provides a comprehensive overview of the design and mechanics of prestressed concrete, and it has been updated to reflect the latest building codes.
